1. If a search returns "not found", is my account charged?

Yes. A "not found" means the person has no criminal record.

2. Does your system provide wild search capability

Yes. You can enter the beginning of a last name. If you are
searching for a last name with "Roberts", you can put in "Rob".

3. Can I search by last name only?

No. All searches require both a last name and a date of birth.

4. When I log in, it shows Account Disabled

This is due to unpaid invoices. Please contact customer service to
reopen account.

5. Are the reports generated from this site public records?

Yes. All criminal records pulled out are public records.
